Seniors of any age, join us for this weekly Low-Impact exercise program geared to increase strength, flexibility and balance through a variety of activities. Modifications are always given for any level of fitness so anybody can join! What a great way to start your week and to remind yourself to "Move it or Lose it"!! (Before starting any exercise program, it's important to consult your healthcare provider and ALWAYS listen to your body.)
