Welcome to Yoga Flow with Julie! Please wear comfortable and breathable clothing, and your own yoga mat (we will try to have a few extra on hand for beginners who want to give yoga a try for the first time).

STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Math. Join us for this challenging look into the STEM world. Every month will feature a new activity featured around one of the components of STEM. This program is intended for elementary aged children.
