Virtual Balloon Twisting with Christie - learn to twist some fun Springtime balloon hats. We will attempt to make a bright fun two balloon hat, a Springtime bug balloon hat, and a colorful butterfly hat. Be sure to pick up a balloon packet in the Youth Services department.
