Ms. Austin will present "Reviving a Forgotten Freetown: The Lives and Legacies of the US Colored Troops in Southeast Indianapolis," a discussion of Norwood, a Reconstruction Era settlement founded by African American Civil War veterans just outside of Indianapolis.
